My bed. I always read in bed, where I am warm and cozy with my little space heater (because we have the coldest room in the house in the winter). Got my pillows fluffed up behind me. Bad thing is, I’ve fallen asleep reading on my iPad and have busted my lip open with it because it slammed into my face. So, yeah….uh, be careful.

Jennifer became serious about reading when she picked up a Sweet Valley High book in elementary school in the 80's and became BFFs with Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield. She then dabbled in a little Fear Street before moving on to Piers Anthony and other science fiction she found on her stepfather's bookshelves (she still maintains that the Incarnations of Immortality are some of the best written out there). Now she devours works by many different authors and her favorite genres are Young Adult, Paranormal, Urban Fantasy and Dystopian.

Hello Sweet Valley High! Yes, I can say that series help start me on my book-a-holic path. I also read in bead with my Kindle. No busted lip but have dropped it a couple of times!

The bed is definitely my favorite place to read, as well. Unfortunately, I rarely get that chance anymore. Recently, the best place for me to read is on the sofa while my little one is sleeping. It works for now!
